I wonder how they compare to a GoProHD. Is the image stabilization as good? The wind noise reduction? I REALLY like the GPS one

The POV shots from the last ski film were from the Contour line.
From what I have read, the GoPro has higher dynamic range and light adjustment capability. The Contour HD that I have requires that you connect it to a computer and change the lighting/sensitivity settings through the software interface.
Wind noise is an issue.
But at this price, it is tough to beat.

so...I got mine. A few things....you need to order an SD Micro card; it doesn't come with one. The mounts for the camera that come in the box only work on the siderails; nothing to use to set the camera on something (i.e. your dash). It does have a 1/4" threaded adapter on the bottom for a standard camera mount (i.e tripod, etc).

Not sure how I plan on using this but it certainly isn't useful out of the box unless you're sticking it on a helmet.

Mine came with a 16 gig card, goggle strap mount, and hard surface mount.
Sounds like this deal was for the stripped down version.
