FS: '95 Civic - race prepped. $79000

Post by zaxrex »

So e-bay had an item of interest.
[late night infomercial voice]$80K seem a bit steep for trackable Civic? Well wait, there's more!
You actually get three additional race prepped Civics at no additional cost (just pay separate shipping and handling).
But call in the next 15 minutes and we will include a transport trailer for moving all the cars at once!
I know, OMG, right?
And for a special surprise for our very first customer, we will also include a Volvo road tractor to move the transport trailer around with![/late night infomercial voice]

I think the guy may have gone short a zero or two in his listing amount.

Still, who needs a down payment on a house when you could live in this trailer and have race cars? I mean why not? Because racecar!

No, it is for the whole race school package. 4 cars, transport trailer, and road tractor.
I don't think the trailer alone could be had for less than $8,000.
That is why I think he missed a few zeros.

80k for all that? I can see that being a fair price.

I'm just not going to buy it for 80k... I have $12 in my wallet, how does that sound?

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

OK, well I may have been too ambitious with eight hundred thousand.
Now that I think about it, not quite the deal I once thought.

It was worth the daydreaming though.
