Something is wrong with the Lexus website, http://www.lexus.com/contact/.
I get down to the bottom of the options and neither clicking on the nine or pushing it on my keyboard does anything.
I can see exactly how this happened.
Exec:"we need to describe on our website what the callers will hear in the phone system"
Manager to peon: "put the phone system tree on our website"
