For anyone interested I have decided to motivate my self back into shape by entering the Colonial Half Marathon @ William & Mary on 27 February. Ideally I imagined a group drive down to Williamsburg and then a group effort during the run. If that happens great if not I will suffer alone. If nothing else It would be nice to be able to grab a beer afterwards with some familiar faces. If interested the information link is:
