Anyone know a cheap (relatively) ceramic [thermal] spray? Rattle can style?

It's not spray on (unless you put it in a cheap spray bottle), but Black Satin is great stuff!

hmm

I found 1200 F paint...

I'm basically replacing my accord's exhaust, header back.

I want to cover the welds so they don't rust (this is always the first place for my exhaust to rust).

I have used VHT 1500 ceramic header paint on a set of headers as well as on two down-pipes and it has held-up very well.
You do need to follow the curing instructions to get the best performance out of them. The headers were a pain to cure as i had to use a huge grill to do it. The downpipes fit in my oven so they were easy. You can also cure it on the car, but you just have to be careful.

Speedwaymotors.com also sells ceramic coating called CBC-1 Powerkote Ceramic Coating from Tech Line Coatings.
It's not cheap at $30 for 8 oz. I used it on a turbo many years ago and it seemed to work quite well.
