might be difficult to get that in an offset that fits the 135, but I'm looking nonetheless.

Those remind me of those sweet Progressive ME wheels from RAYS that I like so much

Damn, I looked all over the rays sight. well, I guess not
ALL over, huh.
I had to look up the 135 bolt pattern.

It's 5x120.

yep....but there is some stuff available from Rays. Not much though.
Progressive ME are basically the same as Prodrive GC014 which is no surprise as Rays makes those too.

Nope, DCRWD hasn't been registered

Maybe I should...
Oh I assure you, it's registered.... to ME.
That isn't to say you shouldn't add a DCRWD forum to complement the DC1WD forum. There are now several of us with RWD goodness.

You know I don't mean to hate on those wheels, because they are nice looking, but I really like my AMG wheels, and they're covered by a 5-year warranty. Tires, too. If I put slicks on the car and get a nail in the sidewall, they
replace the tire i had on there. While I like sexay wheels, I am disinclined to change wheels. But I suppose if you're taking the E550 wheels and putting AMG wheels on the car, I guess that makes sense.
I'm going to have to take pictures of the car and post a thread. I just didn't want to step on Gabe's new car thread (we bought our cars on almost the exact same day).
Oh, and the FOADTHX plate is going away. It's offending WAY too many people. I'm thinking IDRV55. But surely there's something more clever than that.

BBS got the shipping container out later than expected so I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for these wheels. Damnit. Not happy about that.....
in other news, took pics of the FX with Rays R.E.M. Masterpiece. I don't think they're sparkling clean but it still looks sharp.

I've seen people selling re-drilled wheels on the forums.
Also, some places sell adapters that change your pattern, but they put on another 20mm onto your offset.
edit :
Here's an adapter that will put 15mm onto your offset, but let you run those wheels.

You need to start with a high offset to get that to work...luckily, you have a BMW which uses relatively low offsets so adaptors might work. Brabus sells most of their wheels with spacer kits and they're TUV approved so you shouldn't necessarily skip that option due to common wisdom here that spacers are unsafe.
Also....for close BP's....wobble bolts work. Like, running 114.3 on 112...

I've read that with spacers you should use new bolts when you take your wheels off and re-mount them, but adapters are good to leave as-is.
I've read that adapters don't suffer the same issues as spacers (given that they use the alignment ring), largely since they're bolted-on and stay on, even if you take your wheels off.
(Not to say your bearings will suffer less if you push out your offsets with adapters)

larger spacers have bolts and recreate the hubcentric ring. At least good ones like H&R's do.

I have till next spring to explore options and get learned up on my German car. I do know that the 3 has more options than the 1 for offsets.

The wife did that?...or the wife wanted it and you did it for her?

no, just what I said. The wife cleaned it for me. She got a new buffer and decided she wanted to try it out so she washed it, clayed it and waxed it. She works from home and on deadline so she has a lot of spare time in between.

They are definitely more sporty/aggressive vs. the ones on there. Can't wait to see them mounted
