OK, I know I said I wouldn't post about a rare car sighting without a pic but I have to make an exception. Today on the road to Ramstein I saw a white Amphicar cruising with the top down.
I was kicking myself for not having so much as a cell phone camera on me.

And an honest to goodness Porsche Carrera GT. Funny thing was, Shannon saw it and asked me "what kind of car is that?" Too bad I was driving and she didn't know how to use the camera.

Damn her! I would love to see a GT in person!!!! (or in a photo from someone I know!)

there's a yellow Carrera GT that I've seen on eastbound Rt7 in Sterling in the mornings. daily driver.

I was there a few weeks ago. I stopped to take pictures on the way back.

my wife grew up down that way.....she thinks all the celebrity is funny because it was just a small shop back then. The "track" that's set up was a farmer's field.....they rented it for a show and then offered the farmer to buy it.

I have to say, there is something very impressive about those trucks!

Saw a "Jetta R" on Friday. I've got a pic I'll upload in a bit.....no idea if it was an aftermarket thing but it doesn't look like the Jetta R36 pics I can find. It had twin exhaust but single side and intakes and such.
