I saw a Cayman with a tow hook and a trailer with 2 full sets of wheels & tires on the 295 on-ramp last Friday.

In 2.5 days in Germany I've seen a Daihatsu Cappuccino, a pair of 1970s 911 RS's, and a BMW Z1. And that's just what I can remember through the jet lag fog.
I really need to have a camera at the ready...

Saw a matte black Lamborghini Murcielago today. I heard him before I saw him but he was around a corner before I could get my camera on him.

That's the second matte black wrapped car, and the fourth car with a full body wrap that I've seen here.

Not sure if this qualifies as "rare" but I had never seen a TT quite like this. It was a flat titanium silver (perhaps another wrap? I couldn't really tell even up close) with dry-carbon rear view mirrors and pop-up rear spoiler. This pic doesn't do it justice... It sounded great too.

That is a very interesting find! I've never seen anything like it either.

In the past few days I've spotted a Bentley Arnage, R8 Sypder, Aston Martin DBS Volante, Porsche 356 Speedster, and a TVR Tuscan convertible.
I need a video camera rolling continuously when I'm near a street...


EDIT: Almost forgot about the Maserati Quattroporte with a child seat in the back.

Indeed you do! Damn that a lot of nice cars! I love TVR's, I just wish they were better performance machines.

I saw one Easter Sunday on my way from the Airport to the Hotel.

This is parked next to the WAAF Welcome Center every day. It looks like a Meyers Manx got it on with a Smart Car.
I should have checked out the rear end to see what it is but the shuttle bus was pulling up and I had to run.

It was Black Monday in Mainz today. I saw a black Ferrari 430 pulling out of a car wash, a black Lamborghini Gallardo spyder, and a black Aplina B3S Biturbo. I was only able to get a pic of the Alpina. The Alpina had a 70,000E sticker price!

Saw that blue Ferrari California again, an Aston Martin Vantage, and an Audi r8.

Its a Smart variant - three bolt hubs are a giveaway.

I saw a mid-20's girl driving a Ferrari California in dark blue today in Crystal City.

Here's a Citroen CV and a Fiat 500 parked in the neighborhood across the street from the hotel: I saw a flat black R8 and an older RS4 Avant today. I'm going to stop posting about cars that I don't get a picture of.
