checked on 3 different vanity plates. all 3 are available, now I just have to decide if i want the extra expense and attention...

Today on Ft. Belvoir I spotted a yellow RX-8 with plate that read:
PSTNH8R

I thought it was pretty original for someone with no torque and a new car that consumes a quart of oil every month or so.

Yeah, don't forget that even though the peak torque isn't that high, it comes on early and stays on through most of the rev band. Gotta check that area under the curve for real world applications.

I was very impressed with the one that Gabe and I drove at the Zoom Zoom event. The Miata was also damn impressive.

Now before everyone attacks me I didn't question the great handling of the RX-8. Front mid engine design and relatively low weight make for good handling. But when I test drove one I was really disappointed. It felt pretty gutless. Just my .02 cents
