^^^ Remember, I live with a Veggie, I mean vegina, I mean vegetarian damn it... I have some BEAUTIFUL portabella mushrooms and veggies that I did on the grill.

Looks like most people could make it on Tuesday? I'll throw up a seperate post so we can organize... It will be BYOB since I don't stock too much ;) Other than that, I'll have everything people would want!

Hell I lived in the dump for over a year and I still don't like driving around here. Especially in Fairfax county. The cops should be wearing Nazi armbands, traffic sucks, and there's too many old people. :D

lol, you've leanred quickly!

A couple of things to note about DC:
- Fairfax County is home to the worst cops for pulling you over
- There is no such thing as "non-rush hour" traffic
- In VA, the same street can have multiple names/numbers
- Also in VA, streets will change names depending if they are on the right or left of you.

Add in the fact that in DC there are between 1 and 4 of every street, and that streets and street numbers are very similar between north Alexandria and Crystal City, you have to be very careful with pulling maps up on the intarweb. Things have gotten better in the last couple years, but if you are in a hurry and type the wrong city you could be in a world of confusion. :)

I have a great sense of direction but DC is the kryptonite to my super powers. seriously, this city must have been built over some magnetic anomaly.

I talked to a guy I used to work with that's lived all over the country (and even Europe for a while). he said DC was the hardest city to navigate that he had ever seen.
