I thought I saw like $34k in one of the articles, but maybe that was the ST price.

ST is something like $22k base, and as mentioned above used ones and demo models can be had loaded for that much.

My SWAG for base MSRP is $36,000 to slot right between the STi and the Golf R.

The RS will have the same engine as the turbo Mustang but the RS gets a twin scroll turbo and a larger FMIC. That spells "win" for tuning IMHO.

You and I are pretty much in exact agreement on price. And I suspect a loaded unit will hit $40-42k

The twin scroll is a definite win! Big FMIC's for the ST aren't that expensive (can be had for under $600).

Not sure how many options there will be. Recaro seating package and sunroof are about all I can think of.

I wish I was still able to realistically think about getting one, but life has other plans ATM.

Not crazy about the production blue (I really think Ford really messed up by showing all of their cars in a color that's available on none of their cars) so I'd order black and wrap it.
