GIF Resizer

ok i finally figured out how to make gif's... i know lame. However what makes that lamer is i didn't resize my pics so now i have a 11mb gif that you could use as a desktop. anyone know where i can get a good resizer?

don't say google either tried it and most of the resizers only effect up to 4mb

My answer to all image stuff is http://www.irfanview.com/ Free, easy. Does conversions, resizes, cropping, etc.

Hmm, never heard of gimpshop. Does it let you edit each frame of the animated .gif just like in photochop?
