Yea, I had noticed your account the other day when I was doing maintenence. :) Good to have you on board! You found the Shout-Outs section, feel free to throw specials, etc up in the Vendor section (or Members if you want to keep it semi-private).

Welcome Martin!

Have you raced that hatch at Import vs domestic? It looks very familiar....

Thanks for the welcome folks.

I haven't gotten a chance to check out the commercial rules on the board but once I do I would be happy to post up some specials or something for the community.

We did run at import v. domestic. We had serious issues with the boost controller not allowing us to go over 18psi. Needless to say on a turbo as large as what we run 18psi doesn't even get it started. lol.

Once we got it up to the boost levels we wanted the 2 step gave us problems and wouldn't deactivate. On that run we manage a mid 11 second pass with a trap of 143mpg so needless to say the car has plenty of power in it. The best we have gone out of the 7-8 runs so far with the car all together is a 10.28@144.

We have reworked the car quite a bit since then and we are working on it as I type this so we can hit MIR tomorrow.

Thank you again for you welcome and we hope to become supportive members of this community.

Welcome to the boards Martin! I believe I remember seeing your car at MIR during import vs domestic! Since it's one of the few with a chute on the back, it's easy to remember!

If you're ever up for Dave and Busters or coming out to Springfield, you're more than welcome to come to the meets that we hold every other week!

Good seeing you on! Take care,
Julian

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

thanks guys. I really hope to get a chance to get out and meet some of you guys. My DSM has a tranny issue at the moment and once i get the time to take care of it i'll be more than happy to come out to one of your get togethers.

Always glad to see DSM's still kicking in this crazy world of ours.

WE were at the track again yesterday and couln't get better than a 10.8 but at the end of the day we noticed a HUGE tear in one of our couplers so that shows what kept us from the 9's. Damn couplers. lol.

thanks for the space.
