Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

sadly, I will bet you a beer that this setup never sees production. the Eclipse has become a "grand touring" car and the Evo has taken over the performance spot. too bad because the first 2 generations of Eclipse were great cars for not a lot of scratch.

Yeah, we always get the @$$-end of every deal...but at least we have the 2.5L engines w/ our subies!!!

while we North Americans do get the short end of the automotive stick most of the time, this particular car is a show car only. no chance of production. anywhere. or I owe the DSM guys a pitcher of beer (just 1 pitcher among you, not 1 each).

A friend of mine out in CA is/was with a design company and worked on some DSM stylings for Mitsu. He recently got out of the automobile game and is looking to do freelance b/c there are so many good ideas out there that the manufacturing companies just sit on, it pissed him off.

BTW, the new mirrors on the Carrera GT are his.

Check out his stuff at http://www.brownlowdesign.com/TRANS/T-t ... thumbs.htm

6 years 11 months. wow.

Too bad this never came to pass, would have gladly paid up just to see them running around.
