V6 Twin turbo

Post by Cereb Daithi »

Helping out my girlfriends brother with a project. He just joined the marines not too long ago and has had a Dodge Stealth sitting around. I'm not even sure what kind of drivetrains they came with.. ( i know NOTHING about dodge cars) but this was a AWD 6-cyl twin turbo. He had been tinkering on it due to some engine tap and suddenly heard signs that it was about to blow. He scrambledf to turn the engine off but as he was reaching for the keys.. *BOOM*. Anyways he's been having a b*tch of a time trying to find a replacement engine and I figured I'd ask around to see if anyone knew where to look!

Like I said I know nothing about dodge cars.... but this thing seems like it might be a beast when he gets it up and running again

Dodge Stealth is the twin of the Mitsubishi 3000GT (GTO in Japan). good luck finding a replacement engine for less than the cost of a new car... :(

Go to 3si.org, you should be able to find one from the ladies and gents on there.

EDIT: I guess I should read dates BEFORE I post, just realized this is from last May. Oh well, if still needed, se above advice.

I didn't think it necessary to close out a post just because it was "old".

I did think there was no value in posting links for product a year after the fact.

If the poster above jumped off a bridge, would you follow? Circular logic like that makes baby jesus cry. Come on man... :smack:
