Oct 23 Summit Point

[Titanium]

A couple of us are heading up to Summit Point to watch the evo VI and VIII get some track time and watch the races. If you wanna come along here is the plan:

Okay I have pieced this together so far.

Task:

Get to Summit Point to watch the races on the 23rd of Oct 2004

Condition:

Give one POV and one Talk-About or other hand held radio, one must meet at 8am at the Chantilly Expo Center to meet with the convoy(caravan) commander. The convoy commander will be Lt. Dan. All instructions will be taken by the commander. A strip map will be provided by the convoy commander with the details of the start and finish points. Lt. Dan will be the lead vehicle and Titanium will be the trail vehicle. Communication between vehicles via hand held radio system. A radio check will be preformed before movement to ensure proper radio operation. Fuel will be topped off before meeting at the start point. The drivers safety breifing will begin at 0800 and the roll out time will be 0830. If you or someone you know has not made it to the drivers meeting please contact either the convoy commander or Titanium and the convoy will be held. If no contact is made by 0830, convoy will continue as planned. Speed limits will be set by the convoy commander.

Standard:

To meet at 0800 and to leave by 0830 and arrive at Summit Point no later than 1000 without any break downs, wrecks, or tickets.
