Room will be unfurnished and shares the house's full bath with the 2nd room. Has fullsize washer/dryer, hardwood floors on base floor, small backyard with patio, and your own parking spot in front of the house.
I do have 2 cats currently, but may be only one soon. They are quite friendly and playful. As for myself, I'm 22, male, and in the military. I work out of Ft. Belvoir which is 15 minutes up route one from here.
The house has direct TV service as well as verizon DSL with a wireless router.
The lease is from now until Sep. 31st with an early out option July 31st.
Rent is 750.00 / month due on the first plus half of the utilities.
Those include Gas (stove), Electric (Water heater and power), Water (only every 3 months), DSL ($20.00), and Direct TV (25.00)
The house is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and there is a park right next door. The 495 beltway is about 4 miles down route 1 and the Huntington Metro stop is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Good for those who either are at Ft. Belvoir or work in DC.
Available around the first part of December (As soon as the soon to be ex-wife moves out)
Looking for male or female age 21-35 who is responsible, will pay on time, and doesn't mind cats. MUST STAY FOR FULL TERM OF LEASE. I'm not too much of a drinker/partier but I don't mind having a good time.
