Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

^^^ lol, what kind of controller? You using the onboard? It's usually as easy as installing the drives and then just telling it to mirror them. You usually enter the RAID utility at boot with a key combo.

No problem. It's probably either a High Point, Promise or Silicon Image RAID controller. When your computer boots up, you'll see the message of which keys to hit. From there, it's easy The only hard part comes if you want to install the OS on the mirrored pair. When you're just booting off of the Windows CD for the first time, you'll have to hit F6 to load the drivers for the RAID controller from a floppy. Usually you can get the files you need for that floppy from the RAID controllers driver CDROM or from the web site.WRXWagon2112 wrote:Thanks, Julian. I'm using the onboard controller. It's just that the motherboard manual isn't that great for a newbie.

And to complete this thread hijack ...
A user recently called our helpdesk. She had earlier requested that she be issued a cell phone from <insert Navy command I'm contracted with here> and she was, in fact, given a cell phone.
But now she was insanely angry. She wanted someone to help her not get phone calls when she leaves the building.
When told that she could turn the phone off when she's not at work, she screamed "YOU'RE NOT UNDERSTANDING MY PROBLEM!"
How do you talk to / reason with someone like this?
Oh ... did Mr Kleen want to know what was going on this weekend?
