I have a guy who wants to buy my factory boost gauge. I tracked down the
install instructions , but just wanted to ask if there is anything I should look out for? I don't have a replacement just yet. anything I'll need to go "gauge-less"?

You'll need something to plug the hose that is going to come off of the gauge. Screws work well

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

no, that's when the hose plugs the hole.

You will have 2 nice holes in your steering colum cover. I filled mine with body puddy and painted over them. It's not perfect, but no one has noticed yet.
What gauges are you thinking of getting for replacement? Are you going dual bezel or dash mount pod?

My personal choice would be oil pressure & boost.
I have EGT and boost and am convinced the EGT is not worth the effort.

It's not that difficult, I did it in about an hour. Getting the rubber bonnet off of the boost gauge is the hardest part. I did a little damage to mine prying it off.
