Torque me goodnight and call me Jesus

Post by zaxrex »

Who has 6 cyls of 1/2 liter each arranged in a "V" configuration, breathing on a turbo, gives 400+ ftlb of torque, and will transport you and many friends in style for 28 miles for each gallon of oil consumed?
Porsche, that's who.
I still am a bit cold to the whole Cayenne-being-made-by-sportscar-company Porsche thing, but damn if this isn't a configuration that I would sit happily in.

And just $20K more than the TDI Sportwagon that I wanted. Not bad, really.

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

This is what it should have been from day 1.
I can't believe that it took this long.
That said, it may very well be a complete sales failure.
Honestly, if I wanted a SUV/CUV that got 28mpg and ran a 7+ sec 0-60. I'm not certain I'd drop $55k on this.
Just sayin.

Well, it will be the cheapest Turbo Porsche available.
They seem to be diluting their exclusivity.
