New guy here
Hey guys, just dropping in to say hey. Another member told me about the site, figured I would drop in. Just moved up here in December from Va Beach.
Name is Jim, I am driving a 2012 Kia Sportage SX AWD at the time (bone stock). Before it I had a 2011 WRX hatch (x2), 07 350Z and a few other rides.
New to the area but looking forward to a fun three years here. Anyway here are the requisite photos of the cars......
Current car, 2012 Sportage SX AWD
Last WRX......lost it to dumb driving
One before it.....thanks Hurricane Irene...
My Z, four years of fun, had to get something with more room though
And my 02 Maxima 6spd before the Z
Had a few other cars, but I don't want this to be the longest intro ever. Anyway, looking forward to meeting some people here. I know my current car isn't exactly a "tuner" type car, but hey, it has a turbo and AWD. Thanks for looking.

Hey Jim, nice to see you.
And by you, I mean your cars.
With that Kia, you can now claim to have the highest fuel pressure system at any meet you go to.
If you can make it out to the meet next week, I can say hi in person.

Welcome Jim,
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the Kia.
Hope to see you at an upcoming meet.

Re: New guy here
Welcome to the group I'd love to get a closer look at the Kia. I know one of our guys (Thermobox) sells Kia on the side (he sells Subaru's mainly).
You've definitely had some fun cars! That sucks that the WRX was lost to Irene!!! I think that you'll find Chuck (Libre Monkey) a fan of your license plate holder.
Looking forward to meeting you!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Looking forward to getting out to some meets. The Kia is pretty nice, certainly surprised at the progress Kia has made in the last few years.
Adam - yeah man, thanks for the link.

Gyah! It's a Kia! Korea's blight to the roadways! Sorry, there's bad blood between me and Kia. But welcome to the club anyway. Bonus points for the Eagles license plate frame!
