probably because defi gauges are for the most part overpriced and offer little to no advantage over more cost-effective solutions.

The dealer installed my defi gauge (boost) and control thingie when I bought the car, so I have no idea how much it costs. What I do know is it has the right colored lights, does the right "dance" when the car starts up, and should I ever get antsy and decide to install additional gauges, I can just plug the little suckers in. I like them so much I've been thinking it might be worthwhile to put them on my Ninja. On the other hand, I think the 750 probably has a steam-powered ECU and that may not work.
