only issue I have is that I snapped one of the exhaust Spring bolts. I know its best to have that lil bit of flex, so where can I get a replacement?
Nice. Looks like a shiny COBB/Stromung knockoff...get a new spring bolt at the dealership (assuming you are utilizing the donut flange, otherwise, you should just be using standard bolts.

3 things:

1. Based on what I have seen / read in the posts on this exhaust you won't be using your spring-bolts to mount this to your Mid-cat pipe.
Just remove the donut gasket and mount the flanges flush. Try the gaskets that come w/ the exhaust, but if it doesn't seal properly use some "Mr. Gasket" (thick gasket material looks like cork) cut out a template using one of the gaskets that come w/ the exhaust.

2. That is a very loud exhaust. It is very similar to (if not the same as) the exhaust on my FXT and before I put the auger in, it was CRAZY loud. Like hear me coming 3 blocks away loud. If you find yours to be similar Get this:
http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Speedway- ... ,1736.html
It's $15, slides into the pipe between the mid-pipe and the axle-back section. It has no noticeable effect on power and will take the raspiness and droning out of the exhaust.

3. Get the Kartboy XL hangers. Trust me, do it. It will melt your bumper.

Thanks for the advice guys.

It won't stay shinny for long. I will most likely use VHT flame proof and make it flat black. I will leave the tip shinny.

good idea. More stealth. I did that w/ my prodrive exhaust and it looks more stock looking.

Do you have a trailer hitch? If so, you'll need longer hangers.

Did I spell that right? :wiggle:

I would try to mount it straight w/o removing the donut gasket and see how the bolts fit.
Next, I would remove the donut gasket and try mounting it flush w/ the flat gaskets provided.
It it won't seal properly than use Mr. Gasket.

I also agree that you will want long hangers.
Go ahead and bolt it up, but if it touches at all (or even comes close) get it off and get the long hangers.

Tried to install but failed.

1. Put 2 xl hangers on the muffler and cant get the stock hangers to connnect by the cat and by the axel

2. They send 2 bolts that are too big to connect stock cat to mid pipe

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

I think I will do the pipes and muffler and leave the tip. It is really shinny! :5-0:

Looks good. Fitment looks perfect. If it isn't too loud, I would say this is a huge win!

I concur w/ this decision and feel it necessary in these parts.
