I finally figured it was about time for me to get my car tuned. I took it up to Agile today and had them tune it. They did a fantastic job. I was so happy with their service. I'm kind of kicking myself for not going sooner. When it was on the dyno there was torrential downpour, tornado watch, and the lights flickered a couple of times. I wouldn't say optimal conditions, but I'm really happy with the results. The power is so much smoother now. Unfortunately, there is no before because they installed injectors and ebc, so it wouldn't have been apples to apples.

Mods
wrapped headers,
wrapped UP
wrapped HKS DP with cat
stock turbo with PTP blanket and SPT heat shield
SPT CBE
y-pipe
stock IC
iridium spark plugs
dark blue injectors
Walbro fuel pump
Cobb EBC
Koyo radiator with Samco radiator hoses

I'm looking forward to my next Auto-X in less than a month :drive:

Really good numbers for a stock turbo.
What is the little dip out at 6200 RPMs? It doesn't look like a traditional knock event on a dyno. throttle lift perhaps?
I thought your downpipe was an invidia?

Thank you everyone! Yeah, I'm super happy. I feel like the power is right there vs before with some lag. I love it. Although now I'm having the problem of leaving it alone. Like, hey I could add this or that. It is fun each time I get on it though and just need to enjoy it.

You know, I don't know. I was curious about that too. I'm guessing the bump at 3200 RPMs is when I'm going from close loop to open loop, but I'm not sure about the one at 6200 RPMs. It was one of those things after I left and really started looking at it, I was like hmm, that is strange.
It might be a Invidia. The original seller didn't say and there isn't any markings on it that I could find. From asking various people and threads, it might be an HKS, Bosal, or Invidia. I just did a search and it looks more like an Invidia, but there isn't the Invidia plaque on top.

The one thing that is kind of crazy is the boost. I have a boost gauge which goes from -20 to 20. When I do a run, the needle goes slightly above 20 PSI and back and forth between 18 and 20. The OTS map was typically around 17 PSI. So the first time I saw that, my reaction was :o

So I shot Hill an email and here is his response, "Actually those spots on the graph are not present with the tune at all. They are simply measurement errors by the dyno of the true wheel speed (which is used in turn to calculate the engine RPM). The Dynapack uses an optical pickup and a tone wheel for the speed measurements and these are often tricked by a small piece of dust or some signal contamination from RF interference. You can see on each of the two occasions that the RPM suddenly jumps either upward or downward. This inaccurate measurement of engine RPM is what cause the humps and valleys and it has nothing to do the performance of the engine."

I do want to say I'm extremely happy with the service I received with Agile. It was great. They really took care of me through the entire process and I'm super happy with the results.

That makes sense. I've always wondered if a hub dyno threw off the speed sensors.
