I honestly don't know what is wrong with me... But the Harleys just don't "do it" for me.

I mean, I can appreciate the style and tech behind it. I can see that it is a nice looking bike.

I can't shake the feeling that I would be really pissed off at myself the first time I went to take a turn.

I can't help but look at the Harleys the same way I look at old school muscle cars: Beautiful - in a straight line.

Ask me again in 20 years and I'm sure I'll be defending the honor of my own Harley. :rolllaugh:

If I were into bikes AND I wanted a Harley, I think that would be the one. That's one of the best looking Harley's I've seen!

Saw one on the way in this morning turning off from the beltway on to rt 50 south. It's even better looking in person.... if you can believe it.

I'm with Colin on this one. They've been very poorly received. Harley seems to be working on the look and mystique of the brand, while keeping the actual mechanics of the bikes at a bare minimum. Basically, they have a wicked looking bike that's short on power, brakes, and handling.

Bikes are supposed to be razors compared to cars. But if you can't lean it over and lift the front wheel through a turn, it's doing something wrong. And, that's the market segment Harley is aiming at.
