MSF @ NoVA Alexandria parking question

Post by captainslow »

Hi all -

Just wanted to know if any of you have taken the weekend MSF class at the Alexandria campus. If so, what is the parking situation like? I got a letter saying there's metered parking or street parking so, ominously, I should "be prepared." Is street parking hard to find over there? I just don't want to be popping quarters every hour of a ten hour class each day.

Sorry for the boring question. To redeem myself, this story cracked me up: http://m.jalopnik.com/5908179/ricky-bob ... -talladega

depending on which lot you're heading to, there are garages on the beauregard st side that you can pay like $2 for a full day. might be worth the hike if you're going to be there all day.

Thanks Colin! I'll check these garages out. It sounds like they'll save me quite a hassle.

I just found this - unrelated but wtf bike-related.

Good luck with the class! If you want, post up when you're going to be on the bike and someone can get out there and take some pix for you.
