Up to $30 rebate on brake pads from Thermo Quiet. $15 for front, $15 for rear, in the form of a debit card or PayPal deposit.

Pretty good deal.
Not certain I'd buy ceramic pads.
Every test I've seen gives them high marks for being quiet and durability.
Stopping power however tends to be less than stellar vs. a high performance pad (such as Hawk HPS).

Well, they are good for spares when you need 'em. And I'm all about spares...

Same thing I noticed on ceramic vs. "normal", but they would definitely do in a jiffy :) You'll still out stop the minivan in front of you :)

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.
