I can't comment on his business practices having never done business with him, but after meeting him at a Summit Point HPDE class (and not knowing who he was at the time) I can attest that he is a stand up guy. if I was shooting for the big dogs, Phill would be the man that I called first.

I too can attest to Phil's character and knowledge. I was the first DCAWD'er to get tuned by him with a Hydra (AFAIK) and my car has been running reliably for 40k now on that tune.

Phil is a great guy who will tell you straightup his opinion on various parts for your car. His tuning, as far as I am concerned, cannot be matched.
