I was thinking of going, probably one on the Shenandoah circuit.
Anyone done one of these before?

I did a NASA HPDE on Main once, best "mod" money I ever spent. I have talked to a few people who participated in a FATT and they had good things to say. I can't remember who it was though.

FATT's and HPDE's are both great events and you will learn a TON.

Some notes:
Shenandoah is not an easy course by any means.
Make SURE your breaks are up to the task
Have fun and keep an open mind ;)

After a season of autocross (80 runs), I feel less wary of technical than I do of fast.
The main is a faster track, so it intimidates me more.
Plus, I just like turns :)

I'll put some new pads on a week or so before I go.
Fresh fluids and the like.

I'm super noob, open mind is about all I got to offer :)
My biggest hope is that the instructor and I communicate easily/intuitivelty.

Most of the instructors are seasoned professionals. They're good peeps :)

Good brakes, open mind, closed mouth. :drive:
And don't be afraid to go too slow.
