Ken Block's Gymkhana Grid photos

This past weekend was Ken Block's Gymkhana Grid event. I have to say, that was the single most entertaining racing event I've ever attended. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of all the cars on display, and the driving was incredible. The only inexperienced driver was Bucky Lasek (the skater) who was trying his hand at non-grip racing for the first time.
The event was rather sparsely populated by spectators, which was a good thing. Also, the douche-factor was very LOW for a racing event, especially one in SoCal... It was well worth the drive, and the money spent on hotel. The hotel wasn't really necessary, but a boy's gotta party in Hollywood, don't he?
As for the photo gallery, I put the attractive models as the first photo. There were not nasty up close, for once. Enjoy all the photos, and stay for the few non-race ones at the end, but be warned, among them there is: a fat tranny on a bicycle riding down Santa Monica Ave, stone squirrels placed suggestively, and GAY PANCAKES.
I HEART JIM CONNOR
Sorry about the video quality, btw. I was using my man's camera, and hadn't bothered to fiddle with the settings. One of the videos features the 4-rotor RX8 burning out, and another has one of Block's runs.
