St. Patty's day - Murphy's - Old Town - 9AM SHARP

Post by complacent »

It's that time of year again, where we are further convinced that FSM (or God, or Buddha, or David Hasslehoff, or whatever) created Whiskey just to keep the Irish from taking over the world.

Ben and I cordially invite you all to join us on this holy day at the wonderful pub Murphy's. We will be there at 9AM (yes I said AM) sharp to commence the celebration. For entertainment the one and only Pat Carroll will be singing and drinking with us. If you have not had the pleasure of a Pat-styled evening (or morning for that matter) you are SERIOUSLY DEPRIVED. Much like the Grand Canyon, it's one of those things you just HAVE to see for yourself.

Murphy's is located hmah.

I promise good times, good company and great stories for years to come.

(You know you don't really want to go to work on Friday anywho...)

when is last call? once the UK game is over I'll head down there to [hopefully] celebrate or [very possibly] drown my sorrows.

It's like a ghost town here... Gee, wonder why?!?!?!

I'll be at Murphy's around 7ish. I need to go home and kick a server before I head over from work!

Gabe, you missed it. The only reason I had to go was to sober up for meeting the maternal unit. I think I even drunk text'd you and julian.

I got a girl who is mocing up here to give me and her sister's numbers. She want to take me salsa dancing. I like this day.!@#

Zak, you seem surprised that I missed something cool. even if half the team hadn't called in, there was no way I could have gotten off today. I'm sure things will be back to normal well before I make it out. :?

Zak, I was talking to her after you left - she was quite disappointed that you were not there anymore :( You'd BETTER call her. You left quite the impression.

The game has begun. First texting, then talking, next is meeting again. Prefferably sober and less glasses.

Thanks for getting me out guys. Allison and I both appreciate it.

Ummm, that is gonna be a tall order. She is living in North Carolina and won't be moving up here 'till mid April.

I'll do my best to satisfy you, I mean her, I mean me. Damnit, ask me when I'm older.
