light bar / rally bar....

Post by sumpunkster »

Looking for one for the front of car. With or without lights. Or if you or someone can make one for me that could work also. On a limited budget so no outrageous prices please. Or any ideas you have are welcome also. Thanks all....

Most of the pro/commercial ones I have seen are pretty pricey. Maybe look for a used one on NABISCO, or you could try to build one yourself. What's your budget like?

Links to DIY ones:
$25 DIY removable light bar
Ghetto Light mount for roof rack
One of these(See further down for pics) would be awesome!

Hope that helps :)

I'm pretty sure he sells the setup or at least has a writeup somewhere on how to do it if you're interested. It's not too hard to do either and turns out looking awesome.

i'm willing to bet that would only work with an 04-ish model with some serious grill replacement. additionally, it's heat *right* in front of the radiator... might not be so schweet for those in warmer climates.

that being said, i love the look of the integration personally... just not sold on the functionality. yet.
