Whats up guys
Just joined up after just now realizing that a club like this exists in DC!
I drive an 07 wrx limited in Urban Grey. So far I've got the Kartboy short shifter and bushings, Whiteline bars + end links, and the STi stiffer transmission and engine mounts.
Are there ever any meets in DC itself or are they usually in NOVA ? I live in DC near the Cathedral if anyone else is in that area.
So far I've had done all the work on the car myself with the exception of the mounts - MachV did that
Anyway, Ill try to get some pics up and hopefully make it to a meet

Re: Whats up guys
Welcome to the boards! I think there's a few of us who work in DC... I'm in Arlington myself.
Nice car, reeely nice color, nice choice of mods Glad to hear you turn your own wrenches, we've got quite a few folks here who feel the same.
Looking forward to seeing you and the car at a meet.

Re: Whats up guys
Hello and welcome to the group!
I too love that color. It just looks classy. Are you an AutoX'er? With the suspension mods, it looks like you're leaning that way. It's always great to hear about someone wrenching on their car. Most of us do our own work, everything from sways to uppipes and turbo's.
We haven't planned any meets in DC yet, but we've talked about them a couple of times. The biggest issue is parking for 20+ cars in the same area. Who knows, maybe we'll find the magic lot sometime!

Re: Whats up guys
Welcome the wooooorld of DCAWD!
We have a a monkey, a chicken, a doctor, a cleaning agent, a snob in California, someone who's been knighted (apparently), another who's pleased with the state of things, a Mexican vigilante or a Spanish fox (one can't be to sure), a sword with Bluballz, a blissful half-wit, and a Brain Dave. So I'm glad you're here. We're in need an UpgreyD.

Guys, guys. Welcome him in, don't scare him off yet. Gradual insanity exposure.
And Chuck, I thought you agreed to not call me half-wit in public?
But I do have a confession, I paid a shop to swap my tranny.
Come on in, dude, the water is fine.
