Damn I'm bad with names, but spotted our new bud from HI out in Herndon last weekend. I waved, he waved back.

That is all.

We are still waiting on Cobb to update their firmware on the CAN-bus APs and then we will be good to go! They have the MT maps out but said the firmware isn't done yet so...something just dawned on me while I was posting here so I posted THIS over on SF.org. Am I wrong do you think?

MORE than likely it's because they can't lock (aka, marry the ECU) the maps they have, so till they figure out how, they won't release them.

See the funny thing is that COBB already released the CAN-bus AP for the WRX/Legacy GT/SpecB w/ working maps? I don't see why SOA would make the ECU that much different or why COBB wouldn't already have enough knowledge to get that done fast?

A theory brought up (that I seem to think fits the bill as well as my first conclusion about the AT portion holding us up) on SF.org is that COBB released the maps for the MT just to shut forester owners up but in actuality, the maps aren't for the forester and/or they don't work.

If you need any help post up, and I'm sure you will get a response.
