hi my name is Alex and Currently reside in Philadelphia (althought i grew up in college park MD). although i live quite a ways from the metro area, i'm always in town and i plan on moving back once college is done.
I hope to meet up with you guys some time.

actually i'll be in town this coming weekend, though i don't see anything planned :( . I found out about DCAWD through a friend that posted on my club board ( I founded www.philadelphiaDSM.com). Sabre, i am currently in my senior year of computer engineering at drexel university. thanks for the welcome guys.

Sorry for not posting in a while but i've been so busy with school, but now that's over with, I am resident of MD again! I just finished moving back to Rockville area this week, and would love to meet up with you guys and shoot the shit!

Hey Alex,

Welcome back! I think the lot of us are usually doing *something* in the area just about every weekend. If you want to catch one of the next meets, just keep an eye on the DCAWD Meets section of the board.

Funny you mention MD and Philly... I'm a Philly kid by birth, but lived in the Germantown/Mt. Airy/Laytonsville/Rockville area for a good 10 years before I moved to VA.

W/B dude :) Definitely try to make it out to the next meet on the 22nd at HardTimes in Springfield. Also, if you are looking for a job, there is an unusually high number of IT folks in DCAWD ;)

even when he "appologized" he sounded like a prick. I won't be going to his meet and I'll think twice before I let any car with a DSMCA sticker over in traffic.
