I am currently running an 8cm TD05-18G on my 02 Wagon at 20psi for 310 whp / 290 lb/ft.
To get the most out of the 18G you will need some fuel upgrades. Ideally you would want them for any turbo upgrade on the 2.0 as the injectors and fuel-pump just don't push enough fuel.
what size injectors are you running and I am guessing a larger TMIC would help out?

So how much are we looking at for the 18g?

I will sell you the TD05-18G 7cm^2 for $600 (you won't find this deal anywhere else for a brand new one).

Yes, you will need a larger TMIC. IIRC, there are some inexpensive but good TMIC for the 2.0L motors, too (~$100-200).

And some 565cc or 650cc injectors...grab some deatschwerks for cheap Deastchwerks LINKY (~$250 after $100 core rebate).

And of course you will need to grab a Walboro pump (~$100).

A big thing to keep in mind is you will have to spend a day on a dyno with a tuner. Earmark an afternoon with one of the local tuners and about $400 too.

If it doesn't smell sweet, I doubt it.
