I'm a big fan of Beyer Subaru in Alexandria. Excellent service!

Just curious, what is the 10k on a WRX? If it's simple, you could do it over a weekend :)

Not sure either...lol
I know I need to get an oil change but I figured there was some milestone something they had to do...
I'd knock it out but I'm sorta one handed still...

If you register at my.subaru.com you can see the list of miles where each service is needed and what each service involve. If you can't click on a link for that specific mileage, it just means all you need is an oil change.

There is no major work to be done until you get up in the high mileage numbers...so you can do all the work yourself, save some serious $$$, and know that it was done right.

That website is good to keep track of all your maintanence that has been done and will also inform you of any new recalls.

For only 10K miles you just need to change your oil and oil filter

Don Beyer hasn't given me any grief for my mods. I have my "big" service intervals done there and I just had an alignment done. nobody special to ask for, they're all good guys.

Dave, you heading down there today? If so, could you do me a favor and place me an order in the parts department for two camber bolts for an '02 WRX sedan? They won't let me order them over the phone, so someone ahs to go in in person and pay for them before they will place the order. I'd pay you back for sure.

BTW, your next post will be #100!

Thanks for the offer Dave, I'm going to swing by Sheehe and see if I can pick up a set from there. If they don't have it, I'll see if I can catch you before you head out.

I picked up some today. $14 for bolts and washers. The guy behind the counter didn't know a camber bolt from a lug nut. I had to show him what it was. That took just enough time for me to get caught on the beltway shutdown.

I was so close to being to work on time today...
