BTW what brand is the new 255/40/13? Hoosier or Kumho?
Time to swap brakes back those bigger brakes are just slowing you down. :D It is a Hoosier and should be about $200 a tire when it comes out (Tirerack is taking pre orders now)

Do you know if people have tried different 13" wheels on those brakes or are you just assuming that you can't fit smaller wheels? Also what year/model Integra are they from?

I was just assuming that a 14" wheel is the smallest wheel that would fit since that's the number that I see tossed around alot. If I looked hard enough, I'm pretty sure I could find a 13" that might clear.

They're from a DC2 integra (1994-2001). I figured since I was putting brakes on my shell I might as well switch to disc brakes instead of drums. When I went to a junkyard, there as an Integra in the air and the civics were all lying in the mud.

Plus I had an Integra motor lying around so I figured I would be in SM anyway.

I know Mike Neary used to run Panasport 13x8.5 wheels on his 97 GSR. I assume those are the same brakes you are talking about?

Here is a thread talking about 13" racing wheel fitment on the integra

I need to look at my work schedule, but I may be able to make it tomorrow. Worst case we can figure out some other way to get them to me.

I'll be at taco's tonight.

Wow that's good to know. I have a set of used but new to me 205/50-15 Hoosiers that'll I need to use first before I jump to those 255/40-13 Hoosiers. I plan to stay on my Azenis for at least most of this season. Everybody seems to say that you should run street tires for a couple of years before jumping to R-comps. Though I am going to play around on some Kumho on AS this year. Basically I'm going to keep the tires warm for my co-driver :)

Ok, so at this point we're full. If anyone else is interested we can start a wait list, or a list for another class later in the year.

My primary mode of transportation might be available for temporary acquisition if my presence is detected in another state on the afore mentioned date.

Excellent, I need to learn how to drive a manual anyways!! The clutch is only for going down in gears, right?

If you drive it right, then yes. But, mind you, until my cracked manifold gets repaired, my primary mode of transportation is the other turbo car...

Great for you! My parents are coming to this thing. Both father and mother. Which means (among other things) I have to make sure my V-chip doesn't decide to malfunction on me when they're in earshot. I'm stressing.

Ok, unfortunately we weren't quick enough - that date was booked between when Brian checked it and when I paid.

I need everyone that is signed up to do the following:
- Look at your schedules for the first week in June (02JUN-06JUN), Skip 03JUN as I know that is out.
- Send me a PM with the days rated - A = your "preferred preference" : B, C = are acceptable days : F = impossible.
- Please do this by the end of the day today!!

I'll mix those results together and do the best I can to accommodate everyone. If for some reason we can't accommodate someone I'll refund them and I will be responsible for finding a replacement.
