yes, that time of year is here: time to use the word "Huzzah!" time to eat all manner of food served on a stick! time to watch Imperial Stormtroopers attempt to not look out of place at a jousting tourney!
of all the dates that the
Maryland Renaissance Festival is operating I picked
Sunday, October 1 because the
Mediaeval Baebes will be performing that weekend.
Check back often, as this thread will be updated with the latest info on when/where we'll meet up to caravan to the event and more cheeky jokes about food on a stick.

Um, Gabe... They are there at the Royal Stage 9/30 - 10/1.... So it would have to be either 9/30 or 10/1.....

Katie and I can't make it on saturday but are planning on going that sunday. you sure you don't want to change it to that sunday?

just realized that the TOOL concert is September 30.
I have 3 buddies that are supposed to be coming up for the show. not sure that I"ll be able to make it out early Sunday after going to the show Saturday night.

I guess we'll figure something out...

It takes 1.5 hrs. from Dale City (without traffic) and they open at 10am. That's a bit early for me, but maybe right before noon and eat turkey legs while wandering? They close down around 6pm.
