If you hold the level 1/2 at Aberdeen on a Wednesday for $165/person, then I will sign my brother AND my mother up. :)

mother's day is close, I'll pitch in $5 for mom to make it out (and probably embarrass me).

ROFL

She has competed in 2 autoxes, one of which was the Subaru Challenge at Ripken. On the other hand, she has a serious issue w/ that far right pedal not staying down....

That's awesome! I'll chip in $5 as well. I wanna see a lead-footin' momma show a few whippersnappers how it's done.

Help us fill it. :) Crosspost the thread to MEC, any Miata forums you have, etc :) Just keep in mind, like I say in the thread, DCAWD and AWD have priority. :)

I will, once MSProtege comes back up. :( And I'll mention it at the MSCW meeting next week.

OK, crossposted to MEC now. Shawn said once you have a date settled, he could crosspost to the local Contour board.

It would be cool to get a Miata or two involved as well. Those little buggers are a blast for autox.

True, they are. :D However, I know at least 3 of the local guys have taken the weekend schools just this past spring and some of the others like Shawn and myself are at the Level 3 stage or are just very busy. :) I know this new position leaves my Friday pretty flexible, but that's about it right now.

Sadly, if I'm able to do this I probably won't know for sure til very late in the game. When your self employeed it's not so easy to just slip out for the day. If I have a bunch of projects in full swing at that time I would not be able to make it. I'd love to join in, but for now I have to sit as a maybe on either day.

Sounds like Darin would be a perfect candidate for a last minute cancelation spot filler...

if the choices are May 17 and May 23, I can ONLY do May 17.

:( sorry to be demanding, but it's hard getting off work in the middle of the week. I'm already using 2 days around Memorial weekend to visit family in Kentucky and our lead tech/late guy is heading home to VietNam for 3 weeks. with all that AND my new "project" at work, scheduling vacation just got really difficult... :notcool:

For Brian it is better if we do it mid-week because of his other commitments. We'll see what we can work out! But, might be best to look at one of the weekend schools, schedule on the page I linked to in the first post.

Yep, this is still in the works. Due to some stuff I have going on, Gabe (Mr Kleen) is going to take over coordinating this.

More Info soon.
