I'm in for this as well - sorry for the late post but it's not Wednesday yet so I should still be good? Will keep an eye on the thread for any more details.

Is photography allowed at these things? Would be a good chance to bring out the camera if it is......

I hope the Challenger is there. I'd like to see the Muira in person but I'm not holding my breath for that one. I really wish I had that SLR (camera) to play with this weekend.

Okay I talked with my neighbor, I am supposed to be picking up 8 tickets tonight. I'll see how many more I can get. I'll update this later on once I know for sure.

Not to hijack another thread with a geek argument, but how is the d70 better?

20D - http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/contro ... elid=10464
8MP
5 frames/second
9 point autofocus
0.7kg

d70 - http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?ca ... ctNr=25218
6MP
3 frames/second
5 point autofocus
0.6kg

So you got me by 0.1kg. :) I'm sure there are some other specs that are important, feel free to argue with me.

Ok - that took way too much work. And I can reply with one statement:

Nikon > Canon. 8)

Dude, you tell everybody to meet up 15 min before. That way everybody is on time... If you change it to 10:00, then people are going to be 15 min late.

I refuse to eat cold french toast and warm grasshopper milkshakes.

To mis-quote a fav movie character of mine in a diner scene, "Any of you F*ing pricks are late, and I'll execute every MF'n last one of you [surf guitar...]".

In other words, the tab gets split for those who are not seated by 10:00.

How is your day going Zak? May want to make some time for that meditation... or medication... or whatever you forgot to do today that usually has you in your happy place. :)
