If you are having problems...most of this is common sense but nonetheless this TSB is out there.

Other reasons you might have problems:

-using a CD-RW
-using unknown format/encoding
-burning to fast for what disc can handle
-using black market cheapo CDRs (you know you have some! 1000 cdr's for pennies!)
-weird trolls that like to stick bubble gum in your changer
-cats that hate you and pee in your changer when you aren't looking
