Hey all,
Looks like, for some reason, they want Alvin and I to teach the RallyX school again We'll be going for rides through the instruction with the students in their cars to show them these techniques.

Correct “Rally Lines”
Understeer/Oversteer – How to induce/recover
Handbrake Turns – Enter hairpin

Advanced:
Correct Lines for various situations

Scandanavian Flick
Recovery from bad situations
Going for a ride with an experienced rallycrosser

Reading the surface - These are the tires that grip the dirt that grip the road that...you're sliding off of... Heck yeah!
Judging distance to objects - We play a game of See that tree? Avoid that tree!
Braking: ABS, threshold braking - mash brake...you slide! no mash brake...no slide!

I followed an E30 eastbound on the Dulles Greenway Saturday afternoon. It was lifted and had SCCA Rally on the rear window and was DIRTY.

Good catching up with you too Alvin! No worries on Sunday, we know you wanted to get North before the snow hit us, lol.
