Black Box to contend 2012 US Rally championship in Prescott

Well, it's time. 2012 was a series of firsts for us; first full rally season, first winter/canadian rally, first tarmac rally, first west coast rally at Gorman. Gorman originally put us in a really good place for the overall championship:

Although we had an almost 200 point lead in the United States Rally Championship going into Prescott, the organizers decided to enact a provision in the rules to level the playing field for the final round at Prescott due to the cancellation of the Delaware and IRNY rally. This caused our points from one of the events to be dropped. The new standings reflect a 3-way tie for first amongst Black Box rally team, Joseph Burke, and Byron Garth.

All i know is because of that, the gloves are off. i'm going to be driving the tires off our rally car at Prescott (hopefully not literally), ready to kick ass and chew bubble gum.

We're going to contend the 2012 United States Rally Championship there, even against the field of predominantly OpenAWD cars in our Production AWD evo. Help support our cause - like us on facebook! http://www.facebook.com/blackboxrally

You can follow the results of the rally here: http://www.prescottrally.com

We'll also be positing live updates on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/blackboxrally and twitter: http://twitter.com/blackboxrally.

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.
